AMUSEMENT PRODUCTS LIMITED WARRANTY INFORMATION

WARRANTY SCOPE: What Amusement Products LLC will repair or replace under this warranty:

Amusement Products LLC will repair or replace, at their option, any product, accessory or part that is proven to be defective in materials or workmanship under normal use during the warranty time period. Anything that is replaced under warranty becomes the property of Amusement Products. All parts replaced under warranty are considered part of the original product and any warranty shall expire concurrently with the warranty of the original purchase.

To obtain warranty, purchaser must return at their expense, the defective part or product to Amusement Products. Items under warranty will be repaired or replaced by Amusement Products without any charge for parts. Warranted items will be returned to customer via UPS Ground Services. All parts and repairs installed by anyone else will be the responsibility of the purchaser. To return items for warranty service, you must first obtain a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) from Amusement Products by calling their parts department at 1-800-438-3558 or 1-423-892-7264.

*EXCLUSIONS: This warranty does not extend to products, accessories, or parts that are affected or damaged by misuse, abuse, poor maintenance, acts of nature, normal wear, neglect, improper installation, uses in applications for which the equipment was not designed, accident and/or collision, fuel contamination, unauthorized alterations, use of replacement parts not supplied by Amusement Products, or any other cause other than defects in materials and workmanship of the product.

DISCLAIMER OF CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES AND LIMITATION OF IMPLIED WARRANTIES: Amusement Products LLC disclaims any responsibility for loss of time or use of the product, commercial loss, transportation, or any other incidental damage. Any implied warranties are limited to the duration of the warranty.

TERMS OF SALE

PAYMENT
To initiate the order, the Buyer agrees to send a 50% deposit along with a signed copy of Terms of Sale Agreement and a signed copy of the quoted package. Any amendments to the contract need to be made on the contract prior to returning it to Amusement Products. Delivery dates will be based upon the receipt of these documents. The balance of the order must be received by Cashiers Check prior to shipment of the equipment. At the Sellers sole discretion, payment may be done by bank wire or C.O.D. If either of these methods are used, Buyer will be responsible for all applicable charges. For overseas shipments, payments will be by irrevocable letter of credit payable upon presentation of the shipping documents. All deposits are non-refundable.

SHIPMENT
All shipments should be made within four to six weeks of the receipt of the contract and payment, unless otherwise shown on the sales quotation. Amusement Products and its agents cannot be held responsible for delays in delivery due to factors beyond our control and any associated problems and/or costs caused by those delays. All delivery dates quoted are approximate and every attempt will be made to meet them. All shipping charges are the responsibility of the Buyer and are F.O.B. factory. All shipping fees, if not included in the Sales Agreement balance, will be paid to the appropriate parties upon receipt. Amusement Products requests a 7-day notice of a delay in the delivery date to reschedule the shipment. All shipments will be shipped after 90 days.

PACER
PACER GO-KART LIMITED WARRANTY AND SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is limited to the sale of new product packages of Pacer Go-kart equipment when sold by Amusement Products LLC located at 5954 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga TN 37421

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS: Normal wear and tear items such as tires, belts, drive belts, drive pulleys, throttle cables, starter ropes, brake pads, brake calipers, brake bands, spark plugs, oil, brake fluid, fuses, and filters. Appearance-related damage, scratches, dents, nicks, fading paint and/or trim, and corrosion.

 

The track design must have been approved by Amusement Products for use with their karts to insure compatibility with the kart chosen.  Any changes must be done prior to commencement of kart operations.  A pressure gauge must be used to insure proper inflation and prevent over-inflation, which can damage the tube/tire.

*Limit to failure not caused by lack of maintenance such as loose bearings

**Honda motors are warranted only by warranty coverage available from the Honda Motor Company, Inc., at the time of sale.


PACER ELECTRIC GO KARTS

 

PACER GO-KART LIMITED WARRANTY AND SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is limited to the sale of new product packages of Pacer Electric Go-kart equipment when sold by Amusement Products LLC located at 5954 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga TN 37421.

Note: ** Batteries are warrantied by the battery manufacturer for 30 days in this application. Customer is responsible for getting the core charge reimbursed to Amusement Products if a battery is replaced under warranty

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS: Normal wear and tear items such as tires, belts, drive belts, drive pulleys, brake pads, brake calipers, brake fluid, fuses, and filters. Appearance-related damage, scratches, dents, nicks, fading paint and/or trim, and corrosion. Any damaged cause by abuse or neglect (ex. tire under inflation, collision damage, etc.). Damage caused to the electronics by improper maintenance or abuse (ex. bypassed fuses, crossed wires) are not covered in this warranty.

A low-pressure gauge must be used to insure proper inflation and prevent over-inflation which can damage the tube.

*Limit to failure not caused by lack of maintenance such as loose bearings

**The two-year warranty on the tire includes 1 year against failure with the second year pro-rated for normal wear


SHOCKWAVE & TIDALWAVE BUMPER BOATS
 

SHOCKWAVE & TIDALWAVE BUMPER BOATS LIMITED WARRANTY & SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is limited to the sale of new product packages of Shockwave and Tidalwave Bumper Boat equipment when sold by Amusement Products LLC, 5954 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga TN 37421.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS: Normal wear and tear items such as tube wear caused by rubbing against rough items in the pond, throttle cables, spark plugs, filters, shear pins, and starter ropes.

Appearance related damage: scratches, dents, nicks, fading paint/trim and corrosion. A low-pressure gauge must be used to insure proper inflation and prevent over-inflation which can damage the tube.

**Honda motors are warranted only by warranty coverage available from the Honda Motor Company Inc. at the time of sale.

 

SPIN ZONE BUMPER CARS

 

SPIN ZONE BUMPER CAR LIMITED WARRANTY AND SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS:

This warranty is limited to the sale of new product packages of Spin Zone Bumper car equipment when sold by Amusement Products LLC located at 5954 Brainerd Road, Chattanooga TN 37421.

SPECIFIC EXCLUSIONS: Normal wear and tear items such as tires, belts, drive belts, drive pulleys and fuses,. Appearance-related damage, scratches, dents, nicks, fading paint and/or trim, and corrosion. Excess wear caused by improper maintenance, neglect or abuse such as tube over/under inflation, tire over/under inflation, careless shorts when working on the batteries, or battery cables, tube wear caused by rubbing against sharp objects, splinters, and intentional damage caused by knives or other puncturing objects are not covered. Damage caused to the electronics by improper maintenance or abuse (ex. bypassed fuses, crossed wires) are not covered in this warranty.

**Motors are warranteed only by warranty coverage available from the Motor manufacturing company at the time of sale.
