Track Construction Costs

GO-KART TRACK: This estimate is based on an average size track of 800' with a fleet of 15 karts. This size track could eventually accommodate up to 20 total karts.

Construction estimate is based on criteria such as 19,000 sq. ft. of concrete; 1,800 lineal feet of steel rail; storage shed for karts; fence around track; labor; grade work; lights (4 poles); electrical; miscellaneous expenses (permits, licensing, etc.).

ESTIMATED TOTAL: $168,000 - 228,000

SLICK ROAD COURSE: It is a slick track that has both right-hand and left-hand turns in a three-leaf or four-leaf clover shape. It can also be a small oval that is less than 8,000 sq. ft. The cloverleaf design can hold up to 25 karts at a time.

Construction estimate is based on criteria such as 700' centerline track; steel rail and rail rubber system; storage shed for karts; fence; lights; labor; fine grade, etc. This does not include extensive rough grade work.

STOCKART TRACK: Below is an approximation of the cost necessary to construct a tri-oval shaped Stockart Track. This track is 600' with a 35' width.

KID KART TRACK: A typical kid kart track uses an area approximately 50' x 60'. This will accomodate 4 to 5 karts. A kid kart track is a nice addition to a family track.
